And they’re good at it, according to NYPD | The NYPD is warning Lower East Side and Nolita restaurant and bar owners of a team of “well dressed” men who have been on a pickpocketing spree. In an email on Tuesday to nearby bars and restaurants, Crime Prevention Officer Rodney Rosado writes that the three men have been targeting customers: “They wait until roughly [the] 12:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m. time period (your most crowded time periods) and watch, pick, and distract. Three man team very good at what they do. Please have all employees on the lookout.”
