Goa Taco Debuts their Indian-Mexican Tacos at Smorg Jr. this Weekend

This week in unexpected food mash-ups it looks like Goa Taco could already have a fan base following for when it debuts at Smorg Jr. this weekend, a nine-stall miniature food-vendor market within the Park Slope Flea. According to Grub Street, the taco uses buttery parathas in place of traditional corn or flower tortillas and is topped with items such as crispy-skinned Chinese five-spice duck with Chinese pickles and corn salsa, and a beef-tongue Reuben version. On Smorg Jr.’s opening day expect to see charcoal-roasted pork with pickled red cabbage and chipotle mayo.
