Leave the de Koonings for another day and instead head over to 168 Bowery to check out the Fries of New York exhibit. According to the Times, the team at Sir Kensigton’s organized a pop-up exhibit that displays 100 varieties of fries from New York restaurants. Guild, a design collective, gathered fries from local places and coated each sample with clear resin. The pop-up is on exhibit Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
